My five senses are most awakened and alert when I’m enjoying time in nature – the taste of the morning air, the smell of the trees and flowers, hearing wildlife signal to one another, touching the rough bark when maneuvering a trail to enjoying the scenic views of creation itself. Being in nature reminds me that we’re all part of a bigger story – one that was started long before us and will continue long after. It centers me, focuses me, and empowers me!
